• Audit on operation departments and perform surprise cash count base on schedule provided. • Maintains high quality, accurately, and timeliness of working papers. • Determines whether operating policies and procedures are adequate to safe guard assets • Shares knowledge, participates in interdepartmental and working groups as assigned. • Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness of internal controls. • Provides administrative support to Audit Department. • Assists in any task assigned by Manager.

• Maintain and enhance on existing Internet/Mobile Banking application • Keep abreast and enhance of the latest technology for mobile applications. • Work with computer engineers to brainstorm new applications. • Facilitate in our existing and ongoing projects with NBC • Maintain and support NBC System and reporting. • Other In-house Develop Application base on Business request. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required application • Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed applications for both external and internal users • Keep focus on project assigned. • Others to be assigned by management as high priority

Key Responsibilities: • A high standard of knowledge given when advising customers on all lending and non-lending products and services • Successful completion of required online training modules and knowledge and understanding of all other BOQ’s policies and procedures • Attendance and successful completion of blue level lending • Need to meet or exceed their targets in the following areas: Loan approvals, St Andrews loan protection insurance, general insurance through Vero, transaction/savings accounts and credit cards. • Evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition and characteristics as to ensure borrower’s repayment capacity • Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information • Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients • Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) and business places of the clients • Understand operating manuals and guidelines relating to loan disbursement • Promotes customers to realize and understand products-service of CAB BANK which is a convenient financial source especially customers wanting to borrow loans come to take loan from CAB BANK. • Door to door promotion strategy to people in operation area of CAB BANK. • Analyze and maintain market, find out in each month how many customers pay off loan at maturity, how many customers renew loans, how many customers stop taking loans, and find out reasons why they do not pursue loans. • Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Responsible for loan operations management and assists the Loan Operations Manager in the supervision of the loan operations officers and staff • Coordinate the daily activities and processes of the Loan Operations Department including loan processing, appraisal, evaluation, documentation, releasing, loan monitoring, administration, data entry, preparation and maintenance of loan records and reports, collection, recovery, remediation, pre-closing/closing and customer service to the bank’s loan clients. • Prepare and present loan operations reports for Senior Management and Credit Committee • Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests in matters of adequate documentation, adherence to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan operations. • Check and discuss with head office and branches to analyze, take action and solve overdue loan. • Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. • Work to continually enhance and streamline the bank’s loan processes. • Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for finding new customers and opportunities by divisions • Meet customers to understand their requirements • Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customer • General Bill of Material (BoM) for quotations/proposals • Establish and maintain strong relationship with key partners/vendors • Support sales team in bidding process • Demonstrate product solutions and update to customers • Provide technical support to customers after sales is closed • Do other tasks as require by the supervisor

• Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s loan sales target, development and implementation of the bank’s loan sales programs and supervision of the loan sales officers and staff • Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily sales activities of the Loan Sales Department • Develop high-quality leads and referrals for new loan businesses and convert them to actual sales • Proactively find new ways to build and grow bank’s loan portfolio • Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests by doing adequate research and sales probing and by adhering to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan practices • Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. • Prepare and present loan sales reports and loan industry market updates and market study for Senior Management and Credit Committee • Other duties as assigned.
