EADECO (Cambodia) is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the position: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - To ensure retail stock assortments & quantity level - To coordinate with Warehouse supervisor for loading/unloading products - To responsible in all stocks and package - Receiving, moving, checking, and storing incoming products - Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality - Packaging and label products before they are dispatched - Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day - Contacting transport companies and coordinating dispatch and delivery with them - Preparing deliveries for the transporter - Moving and organizing stock - Ensuring clean and safe warehouse - Signing off and replenishing stock - Occasionally delivering stock to shops and retail outlets - Receiving stock return from shop and retail outlets - Responsible for inventory report by biweekly & monthly - Other tasks assigned by warehouse supervisor

• Responsible to ensure the organization has optimal levels of stock by monitor the reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock and to avoid overstocks items. • Receive the request (mark and check date in and expire of product, by using FIFO method) and confirm receiving to airlines. • Perform regularly check physical count of inventory, reconciles actual stock count to Computer-generated reports and ability to resolve any discrepancies. • Provide and submit inventory reports to senior management. • Receive order from site, place order to store keeper • Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to site/clients • Prepare monthly Inventory report detailing inventory optimal stock level, Inventory volume, action plans, discrepancies, etc for submission to Superior & Management • Assist to do daily beverage report. • Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the superior/Management

• Check all item confirm with Invoice or PO before pass to stock account bill • Print Fixed Asset code to stick on equipment • Confirm transfer, Returned, Invoice & adjust in in system • Checked case new installation in workflow, Assign Technician and Customer Complaint History • Received equipment hand over, returned, replacement form from TS to upload in AMIS Billing System • Follow up equipment borrowing from staff. • Complete Customer Activate Handover Form Work in Internal Group. • Send items to province refer to stock account list • Scan form to province for sign received and keep record as document • Check Stock On-Hand and Plant to order Equipment & Accessory • List equipment that got problem to Technical check and testing for write off • Clean all equipment returned from customers and warehouse storage • Other task from Managements
