- Arranging the daily sales action plan and sales schedule to scan outlet/fast moving shop.
- Going to Sales Coverage Area to scan and sell the AML Lubricant products.
- Recording the Visited and Potential Prospect as Dealers, Corporate Companies and manufacturing companies…
- Presenting the products to dealers and corporate consumers to reach the closing sales.
- Preparing the Quotation, Sales Order, Prospect Profile, Customer Profile and other Sales Admin…
- Following up the Potential Prospect and Customers to receive Sales Order.
- Recording the Sales Order into the Sales Target and controlling the sales target daily and weekly.
- Reporting and submitting the Sales Achievement to Head of Sales Department.
• Prepare the Quotation, Expenses, BT, Sales closed, new connections, up/down grades, termination, vehicle booking & assignment, vehicle tracking system (GPS), BOM and other relate department’s documents;
• Prepare request for payment for the customer’s commission, cash advance & cash payback.
• Prepare overtime hour for drivers who are assigned to work on Public Holiday or weekend
• Assist Sale Admin Team Leader & other department in dealing with the existing customers
• Maintain all proper documents processed for the receipt of good and suppliers
• Prepare daily and weekly sales report and sales pipeline to the sales admin team leader and management
• Provide general administration support to Sale Admin Team Leader & CEO as required.
• Do other tasks as required by Management and Team Leader
*Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
*Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
*Advises customers by providing information on products.
*Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
*Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
*Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
*Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Execute the designed Sales activities/Distribution plan and coverage shop-floor execution for the products within his/her assigned territory.
- Collect orders from the customers
- Process purchase orders (including customers’ credit status checking) and deliver orders (for SR who perform duty on Up Country & Out-skirt of Phnom Penh only)
- Do payment collection and monitoring of collectibles (for SR who perform duty on Up Country & Out-skirt of Phnom Penh only) and do regular coverage of the customers and keep track of their needs
- Plan sales activities in his/her assigned territory to maintain and increase sales and prepare weekly and monthly reports to Sales Supervisor and;
- Follow up all SOP related to the job and handle customers complaints and solve problems in the soonest possible time and implement marketing activities such as Promotional Communication, POSM placement, Products Display... in outlets within the assigned territory
- Maintain good communication among colleagues and try best in following the culture of our company and performs related duties as required.
• Prepare daily call plan and regularly visit customer
• Make sure all sales tools are always along with when visiting customer
• Ensure stock pressure, product freshness, product display standard and sales target are achieved
• Expand point of sales by opening new accounts and combing the routes of visit in assigned territory
• On time reporting
• May perform other tasks assign by Sale Supervisor and management

- Present and sell immigration services to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients' relationships
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Provide regular follow up on enquirers received
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by Manager to assist with smooth operations of the organization
- Travel opportunities to conduct, partake, and attend in seminars
