Job Description • Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by DRs/Sup/WS Executive. • Ensure monthly area volume is achieved by DR/Sup/WS Executive. • Ensure the area distribution target is achieved. • Provide competitive activities report to Line Manager and BAT Officers on time in full. • Deal with both existing customers and new customers. • Prepare monthly sales report to Field Manager • Follow up distributor performance • Others assign by Field Manager

*Responsibilities /Duties: - Liaise with CEO, Boards, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for project business management. - Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Tasks include managing project direction, scope, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and procurement. - Ensure the completion of a process/ sub project within an actual project - Manage and coordinate all regional projects and deliver effectively and timely - Review process and methods to ensure that project business and operations are running efficiently with minimal wastage - Implement a continuous improvement culture across Operations - Accountable end to end business process performance, including: - process time, utilization and capacity meet requirement - processes are fit for purpose and deliver value that is expected from the process - processes enable customer service proposition to be met - process is aligned to delivering quality outcomes. - Contribute to the achievement of Operations budget by reducing cost, increase productivity, eliminating operational losses, enabling investment growth and innovation

• Responsible for finding new customers and opportunities by divisions • Meet customers to understand their requirements • Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customer • General Bill of Material (BoM) for quotations/proposals • Establish and maintain strong relationship with key partners/vendors • Support sales team in bidding process • Demonstrate product solutions and update to customers • Provide technical support to customers after sales is closed • Do other tasks as require by the supervisor

• Define and recommend strategic for the service and the product to enhance the market growth and revenue • Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plan • Communicate the value proposition of Face line services and products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; • Maintain records of customers who do not make a purchase and follow up as needed. • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; • Gathering market and customer information and to understand competitor’s price and products. • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; • Coordinates proper property resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results • Sales & Marketing database – updating where necessary to allow effective promotions • Prepare and design the specification for new service and products • Conduct Research and provide support to supervisor to identify the market needs • Survey regularly on competitors’ activities and collect all necessary information and materials • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly research and products report
