Call Center Supervisor is responsible for receiving customer incoming call and responds to customer inquiries and complaints through phone by providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience through the identification and meeting their transactional needs.
Work Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities, call center manual, sales strategies for call center to guarantee success and growth.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.).
Receives customer incoming calls professionally.
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints through phone.
Provides customers service through phone.
Routes calls to appropriate resource.
Follows up customer calls if necessary.
Complete call logs.
Produce monthly call reports, call center roster…etc.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Process payroll for the customers under government accounts
Process booking entry of inventories on credit/debit advices from NBC
Generate daily report of internet banking bill payment for EDC
Provide Foreign Exchange to customers such as NGOs, companies, and Microfinance.., etc.
Receive Check Deposit at Front Desks and all branches
Process Banker Check to our customers/any banks
Process clearing house tasks
Book electronic and check payment gateway such as remittance, outward, inward, and
local banks
Issue bank statements and Debit, Credit Advice for customers
Issue Bank Guarantee Tour for customers
Issue payment advice to local banks
Prepare planning and daily report to direct supervisor
Do other tasks assigned by managements
• Control outsource team for good quality on laying cable, must check spared cable & splitter box on customer’s pole & must note clearly spared cable meters to make sure outsource team has spared cable on pole properly.
• Draft map drawing with clear numbers of pole for reference
• Survey by Google Earth and by on site (walk and measure the cable length & sketch cable route by hand)
• Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable.
• Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground.
• OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as:
o Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested,
o Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team,
o Responsible for all maintenance cases on time,

Manage and supervise the daily activities and processes of the Loan Operations Department including loan processing, appraisal, evaluation, documentation, releasing, loan monitoring, administration, data entry, preparation and maintenance of loan records and reports, collection, recovery, remediation, pre-closing/closing and customer service to the bank’s loan clients.
3. Prepare and present loan operations reports for Senior Management and Credit Committee
4. Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests in matters of adequate documentation, adherence to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan operations.
5. Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products.
6. Work to continually enhance and streamline the bank’s loan processes.
7. Other duties as assigned.

- To assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
- To manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the mall
- To lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations
- To support the Operations Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the mall
- To coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level
- To prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
