Job Description Lending Support Supervisor - MBL is responsible for assisting purposely on collecting and analyzing on loan proposals from all branches and forwarding the cases to credit committee meeting for final approval. In addition, the role is required to arranging loan approval resolution and its precise implementation. Location Head Office, Phnom Penh (2 posts). Duties and Responsibilities Collecting and controlling errors of loan proposals submitted by branches. Analyzing and commenting to loan cases in liaison with loan policy and forwarding to concerned committee. Verifying accuracy of loan approval resolution before its delivery to branches. Coordinating for field visiting if needed. Supporting loan processing in Head Office. Assist Lending Support Manager in training new team members. Controlling implementation of imposed conditions of approved loan. Supporting for approving of loan operation in system.

• Design databases for the purpose of data entry, processing and analysis. • Support Customer service to solve problem. • Develop new feature on billing system if need. • Write script to generate report in case of Billing System does not have existing report in required format.

- Responsible for the management of the ORGANISATIONS warehouse/s, in line with ORGANISATION policies. - Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained. - Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained at warehouses. - Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to programming/contingency commodities arrivals. - Supervise the receipt of all arriving consignments. - Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity (ies) stored. - Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and inventory. - Prepare all procedures and necessary steps for commodity disposal. - Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions.

Job Description : • Ensure all required reports are implemented and proper tracked (FSS & WS Call card) • Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by DRs/Sup/WS Exc. • Ensure the canvassing plan is followed by Supervisor, WS Executive and DSR-TL • Ensure the stock rotation through FIFO to minimize D&D collection is executed by Field Force. • Ensure monthly area volume is achieved by DR/Sup/WS Exc. • Ensure the area distribution target is achieved. • Ensure & monitor the excellence execution of any programs giving to the market are on time in full. • Ensure Pricing compliance to trade by conducting price check during market visit • Provide competitive activities report to Line Manager and BAT Officers on time in full. • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key trade partner to gain solid support for BAT Brands. • Ensure all relevant permanent merchandising units are monitored
