Job Description Senior Core Banking System Officer is responsible for controlling and supporting bank's user over all issues concerning core banking system; Daily (working hours) maintenance and monitoring of above stated system to keep them in stable service 24/7; Running End of Day, End of Month and End of Year procedures, if necessary change time to night shift, Must to obey the Night Shift rule; Auditing and Administrating on Security user maintenance; Simulating, applying all fixes and patches issues by vendors of above stated applications to keep them up to date in terms of functionality, productivity and security. Location Head Office, Phnom Penh (1 Post). Duties and Responsibilities Control and Support of bank’s user over all user issues concerning above stated system. Audit and Administrate on Creating new user, transferring and disabling users of above stated system. Daily (working hours) maintenance and monitoring of above stated systems in order to keep them in service 24/7 (only for those systems which must be 24/7) and reporting to supervisor about any errors, slowness or unavailability of services. Execution of End of Day, End Of Month and End of Year procedures; if necessary change time to night shift, Must to obey the Night Shift rule. Simulate, apply all fixes and patches issues by vendors of above stated applications to keep them up to date in terms of functionality, productivity and security. Be responsible for keeping employees of training about above stated system. Willing to perform sundry duties as assigned by supervisor. Integrity.

•Plan, design and help the networking team in establishing a network knowing the requirements of the organization or the clients •Design specifications for establishing security in the networks and protecting vulnerable database •Coordinate with the hardware and software suppliers, negotiate with them and place necessary orders •Plan the budget for network, recommend proper software and hardware such as routers, hubs, hard disks, wires, etc., for networking understanding the type and use of the network •Troubleshoot any kind of hardware and software problems at the end users’ site and make sure that there is no problem in accessing any resource for the users •Update the systems regularly with antivirus, firewall and spyware and protect any kind of viruses and breakdowns in the network •Maintain remote monitoring systems and keep a track of the use of resources provide to the employees and the end users •Sets authentication and authorization and restricts users from accessing important and vital information available

- Develop and maintain existing Toyota (Cambodia) ERP system - Provide overall system support and conduct system user training if necessary. - Troubleshoot the system issue and support - Prepare ERP system documentation : User requirement Collection documentm System Design Document, System Architecture Document, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Document, and System Manual. - Collaborate wit team on overall IT projects maintenance - Perform other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager

- Back up solution ,Firewall, Windows Server, Cloud Solution network security - Install configure computer hardware operating systems applications - Monitor maintain computer system networks - Troubleshoot systems network problems, diagnosing solving hardware software faults - Set up user’s accounts profile deal password issues - Prioritize manager many open cases one time

•Install Internet Connections and other Communications Connections for NTC Customers following NTC Procedures. •Resolve Technical issue for customers with NTC provided services. Over the phone, remote. Support and on customers site required. •Be prompt to perform actions to assist NTC Customers. •Keeping quick to action for attending services after getting assignments from Supervisor & Manager. •Keep on time for appointments with customers requested. •Find solutions for difficult service situations. •Suggest improvements to Supervisor Services Support/ Coordinator and Management. •Encourage and foster a Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing environment with Team. •Promptly escalate issues and concerns to Supervisor or Management as required. •Follow-up Colleagues inside NTC to provide service to NTC Customers. •Maintain good communication with other NTC Staff. •Maintain good relationships with NTC Customers and Potential NTC Customers. •Communicate professionally with NTC Customers (and potential Customers) Face-to-Face, Phone, E-Mail and SMS. •Pass details of potential customers or upgraded sales leads to the NTC Sales Team. •Report customer’s complaints or request or suggestion to Customer Care Supervisor or Manager. •Follow NTC Processes, Policies and procedures. •Be prompt to perform action and work on duty rotate (Night, Late, Early, Week End And Or Public holyday) •Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager

- Install and support LANs, WANs, Email server, Internet, and intranet systems; - Maintains network and system performance; - Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage..; - Branch data daily back up monitoring; - Provide the basic level troubleshooting to the users in both hardware and software; - Provide the training to the users for the new system or technology; - Coordinate for refill ink and repair toner or printer for Head Office and branch; - Manage and update GROW website and Facebook; - Preparing user manual and guideline for the application software; - Maintenance both hardware and software; - Maintenance Computers, printers and network (virus scanning and protecting, set up any software, printer….) - Other task may assigned by Head of IT department.

-Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems. -Responsible for maintain POS machines. -Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. -Identify staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained. -Other work assigned by manager.

• Must have good knowledge of IT products • At least 1 year experience in IT Consumer Electronics or related field • Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus • Honest, willingness, and be able to work as team • Ability to work on achieving sales target • Self-motivated and confident

• Monitor, maintain service availability for customer to meet service level agreement • Take quick action for attending service after getting task from supervisor • Keep on time for appointments with customers requested. • Follow-up Colleagues inside EZECOM to provide service to EZECOM Customers. • Pass details of potential customers or upgraded sales leads to the EZECOM Sales Team. • Provision and activate the services offering customers • Faulty identification of network problems, and fast rectification by coordinating with vendors/ suppliers/field engineers/contractors • Restore service as quickly as possible to minimize impact customer's business • Operation and maintenance NMS alert system to response incident on time • Ensure network quality and minimize impact customer's businesses • Receive, document and record all incidents notification in system • Troubleshoot and escalate ticket to higher level for customers and network issue • Closely monitor network operation and follow up with customers with specific time for incident
