Job Responsibilities:
- Daily cash Balance
- Deposit, withdrawal of saving, current, and fixed account.
- Help western union, foreign currencies, TC, visa card, master card.
- Take care customer enquiry
- Daily cash balance USD and KHR
- Prepare transaction for foreign exchange, TC, Visa card, Master card.
- Prepare banker cheque
- Check and balance the others currencies with report
- Control and prepare customer standing order.
• Design and develop website as needed by Ais;
• Coordinate with external website service providers if needed;
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/JS practices and other front-end technologies;
• Build responsive web-based applications front-end and back-end;
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases;
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements base on technical needs;
• Develop new user interface features;
• Establish and promote designed guidelines, best practice and standards;
• Create and maintain website documentation;
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operation and activities;
• Document project build and maintenance;
• Encourage and promote a collaborative, trust and transparent working culture;
• Other tasks assigned by Assistant Technology Development Manager.
- Liaise directly with guests to ensure their well-being, comfort, satisfaction and that perfection of service is attained.
- Greet all guests and all patrons in a warm and welcoming
- At all times, conduct himself in a manner reflects the competence and professionalism of the manager
- Be able to control and manage inventory via site minder and E-commerce.
- Be responsible for all Front Office Operation. For example: Train, supervise and support front desk staff, including bellboy.
- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
- Keep the hotel standard of service toward guest at all times.
- Ensure good communication and cooperation between Front Office department and other departments.
