• Coordinate all site inspections with Site Engineers and Sub contractor • Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and all attached documents are in current status • Assist construction team for resolving issues and discrepancies • Coordinate with construction team to ensure that communication/coordination exist and maintained • Prepare site instruction and non-conformance report and assist developing corrective actions. • Propose an optimization options to QC Manager in order to solve any conflict between Architectural drawings, other trade discipline and conditions of construction. • Performs document filing for all related Architectural/Civil documents as per quality management system (QMS) procedure. • Perform other related job assigned by QC Manager

- To supervise overall technical responsibility of MEP to ensure good quality of project delivery. - Review shop drawing and specification for compliance with construction documents. - Record and report project status regularly - Coordinate and Monitor closely to site construction progress - Inspect on site safety practice by contractor - Coordinate between consultants and contractors on shop drawing and material submission - Witness testing and commissioning to ensure all MEP system comply with project specification. - Highlight to the engineer any discrepancies of drawings or specification before commencement of inspection.
