• Implement the framework, and ongoing day to day management of the assigned construction projects. Provide ongoing operational and day-to-day support to the construction management team. • Manage the construction budgets, schedules and cash flows • Provide accurate reporting / forecasting in relation to project costs • Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/ main contractor • Coordinate the RFI’s, Submittals, Site Inspections, and all other Construction Administration required to ensure a successful project • Manage commissioning reports, operational handover document packages, and provide a seamless transfer from construction to the operational teams • Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meeting, and prepare minutes meetings • Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control • Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to main contractor • Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed • Communicate with design team, procurement and management team to keep the project in effective process • Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met • Perform other tasks to be assigned by superior

• Assist Procurement Manager to continuously improve the Procurement management system and process to ensure the transparency of the process and materials are delivered timely with good quality and low cost • Support Procurement Manager and Planning Manager to develop the monthly procurement plan. • Develop, control, and keep track of all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders. • Coordinate with technical team to ensure the quality of the materials purchased. • Select good suppliers for the procurement of the materials and follow up with them effectively for the timely delivery of the materials and specs ordered are met. • Explore new good suppliers • Perform other works as required

• Drafting of mainly structural / architectural drawing of building and bridge • Filing of drawings, issuance and keeping of records • Do as built measurements and drafting • Liaise with consultant for drawing verification • Do other tasks as reasonably assigned by supervisor

• Support related Dept. for system and customer issue • Support and consult customer for issue and or requirement • Receive request and support accordingly all kind of available services • Follow up ticket case until closed • Monitoring network system and operating network system • Maintenance access network system frequently as schedule • Backup system configuration frequently as schedule • Update network system documentation when anything changed or updated • Keep network system get updated • Troubleshooting network system problem • Update information and technology from partners and vendors for applying in network system

• Control outsource team for good quality on laying cable, must check spared cable & splitter box on customer’s pole & must note clearly spared cable meters to make sure outsource team has spared cable on pole properly. • Draft map drawing with clear numbers of pole for reference • Survey by Google Earth and by on site (walk and measure the cable length & sketch cable route by hand) • Can splice fiber in ODF, closure, splitter, fix backbone/customer link, test signal from POP/splitter/customer site and use OTDR in order to measure the distance on laying cable. • Can lay optical fiber cable and attach on EDC/TC poles both overhead and underground. • OSP Engineer has to perform jobs following work flow & work instruction from CTO & OSP Manager such as: o Complete new installation case on time, complete survey case as requested, o Work closely with NOC, TS, CS & Sales Team, o Responsible for all maintenance cases on time,

• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. • Installing, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring physical and virtual Infrastructure. • Managing the backup and data recovery system • Implementing, maintaining and improving monitoring system. • Providing technical support to internal users relating to IT systems and external customers relating to various managed services such as Email and hosting. • Create documentation, such as user manual, documents or other as require by line manager.

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service • Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment • Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. • Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues • Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable • POP maintenance

•Supervise day to day operation of site work. •Interact with Site Manager for clarification, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit. •Assist to conduct pre-planning to ensure the availability of information, tools and equipment, place, labor and energy for on time construction. •Accurately inventorying construction material. •Report directly to Site Manager. •Other Tasks as per assigned if required by line Manager.
