Perform day to day site inspection to oversee contractor’s work performance to ensure work quality meets the project Specifications. Establish required field reports for the client and project manager. Manage contractors to ensure quality and schedule commitments. Manage and perform tests on construction materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards. Identifies, researches solutions and resolves constructability issues. Produce daily report of the work assigned including manpower, machinery and issues encountered. Make sure the contractor maintains good housekeeping and site safety precaution.

Coordinate, lead weekly meetings, issue field instructions to the contractor. Assist the project manager to review contractor’s submissions including but not limited to work program, RFI and RFA. Prepare weekly progress reports to submit to the client. Prepare non‐compliance reports and another necessary project management document. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Maintain up‐to‐date and accurate construction documents, job files and logs. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards, safety and the use of proper construction techniques on site. Report to the Project Manager.

• Assuring the electrical system is in good working order and all electrical appliances are in good working order, includes call lights, emergency power, door signals, fire alarms and exit lights and water systems. • Prepare and study technical drawing and specification of electrical system and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operation conform to standard • Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects and products. • Operate monitor and administer to discuss existing or potential engineering project and products • Assist trouble shooting electrical system of DC and AC system such as generator, UPS, Rectifier, and inverter systems.
