• Be responsible for maintenance, preventive and repair of mechanical appliance within the factory. • Take good care and installation all necessary equipment in the production line (such as motor, conveyer, bearing…etc) • Manage and handle all related mechanical tasks within the entire factory. • Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Prepare monthly maintenance • Participate in checking quality of cassava tube and flour as well as and providing comments/suggestion and deemed necessary.

Coordinate with the Contractor to schedule and perform day to day site inspection to oversee contractor’s work performance to ensure work quality meets the project specifications. Review and comment on shop drawings as well as method statement submitted by the Contractor. Establish required field reports for the client and project manager. Manage contractors to ensure quality and schedule commitments. Manage and perform tests on construction materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards. Identifies, researches solutions and resolves constructability issues. Attend job and construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work. Make sure the contractor maintains good housekeeping and site safety precautions. Lead a team of Civil & Structure engineers to carry out day today inspection work. Check and verify quantity of work done and regularly update accurate report to PM.

- Supervise of site/technical architectural works to ensure all works are compliance with the engineer’s specification and contract, drawings/specification and instructions - Carry out to inspect and check of the architectural works to ensure quality of work with safety concern at site - Assist on reviewing the submission of Architectural samples, shop drawing, and other related documents from consultants and contractor - Monitor and tracking to site construction progress - Maintain proper site records and reporting

Coordinate, lead weekly meetings, issue field instructions to the contractor. Assist the project manager to review contractor’s submissions including but not limited to work program, RFI and RFA. Prepare weekly progress reports to submit to the client. Prepare non‐compliance reports and another necessary project management document. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Maintain up‐to‐date and accurate construction documents, job files and logs. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards, safety and the use of proper construction techniques on site. Report to the Project Manager.

- Assisting Project Management of all assigned construction project (such as Building/Road/Water supply, Pipe laying, etc.). in logical steps to meet the deadlines. - Acting as the supporting technical adviser for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; - Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; - Help Monitoring and control project costs compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations and corrective action plan; - Inspecting and reviewing construction projects to monitor compliance with standard, safety codes, and other regulations. - Ensuring that all materials and work are used and requisition of materials; - Help Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials; - Help preparing material’s price, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project; - Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors; supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; - Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; - Supporting Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; - Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports to Project Manager; - Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
