- Solving with default clients - prepare documents of customers to transfer to lawyers. - legal representatives of institution in case contestation in front of court - find the strategy to collect load default - perform other tastes assigned by manager

Key Responsibilities: • A high standard of knowledge given when advising customers on all lending and non-lending products and services • Successful completion of required online training modules and knowledge and understanding of all other BOQ’s policies and procedures • Attendance and successful completion of blue level lending • Need to meet or exceed their targets in the following areas: Loan approvals, St Andrews loan protection insurance, general insurance through Vero, transaction/savings accounts and credit cards. • Evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition and characteristics as to ensure borrower’s repayment capacity • Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information • Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients • Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) and business places of the clients • Understand operating manuals and guidelines relating to loan disbursement • Promotes customers to realize and understand products-service of CAB BANK which is a convenient financial source especially customers wanting to borrow loans come to take loan from CAB BANK. • Door to door promotion strategy to people in operation area of CAB BANK. • Analyze and maintain market, find out in each month how many customers pay off loan at maturity, how many customers renew loans, how many customers stop taking loans, and find out reasons why they do not pursue loans. • Other tasks assigned by manager.

- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយនូវផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់គ្រឹះស្ថានចម្រើន ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញដៃគូសក្តានុពលទៅតាម តំបន់គោលដៅ - វាយតម្លៃដៃគូ និងទ្រព្យធានាប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព - សម្របសម្រួលដំណើរការនៃការបញ្ចេញឥណទាន - ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងរក្សាគុណភាពឥណទានក្រោយពេលផ្តល់កម្ចីដល់ដៃគូសម្របសម្រួលការងារដទៃទៀតតាមការចាត់ចែង របស់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់ ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌគ្រឹះស្ថានចម្រើន - ធ្វើការផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។

1) Plan and execute promotion activities to meet target plan, 2) Plan and execute promotion activities to meet target plan, 3) Create marketing channels and connection with business owner, related field personnel, and authorities to enlarge volume of loan portfolio, 4) Conduct field activities in such of loan assessment, collateral evaluation, and overdue loan recovering, 5) Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies, guideline, and regulation, 6) Responsible for preparing and submitting of loan application to Credit Supervisor and Credit Manager, 7) Monitor on risk management related to loan portfolio and overall performing and report to Credit Supervisor on periodic basis 8) Other task assign by Credit Supervisor.

• Facilitate regular meeting in cooperation with AMG and make sure reporting, Phone and Field Collection Activities are schedule effective and efficient • Initiate Field Collector and Phone Collector daily operation, and perform it efficiently • Take care of daily Field Collection activities and provide appropriate instruction to each staff • Make weekly schedule and monitor by each Field Collector • Monitor Field Collector and propose repossession or legal action’s case to AMG or Manager timely • Be responsible for Collection Activities in Phnom Penh and Provinces • Give the comment for Field Collector’s evaluation • Do other tasks or overtime required by AMG or Manager if needed.

• Make phone call to delinquent to customers to receive the promise to pay • Conduct field collection activities according to Manager/ Senior’s instruction • Prepare the weekly collection activities plan, and report daily and monthly • Build communication with the local authority • Provide support to other department of the company • Conduct motorbike repossession from the delinquent customers for selling • Prepare the application for bad dept write-off for the delinquent customers who meet the write-off criteria • Perform other task assigned by management.

Lead in developing the new types of Credit Products, lead in enhancing the existing Credit Products. Be able to handle and manage the project based on project timeline. Lead in developing the detail guideline, methodology guide, and some relevant system guideline Lead subordinates to achieve the KPI/target to meet Hattha Bank strategic goals. Lead in initiative idea to conduct and analyze the market demand with research team which is aiming at developing the Credit Products to response to the market demand. Be more detail on the project management and able to properly manage project works from each respective member based on timeline set or approved by management. Strongly confident and able to collect and analyze data to support the initiative projects. Lead in enhancing or revising the existing products to response to the market changes and to keep these products being competitive and attractive in the market. Ongoing review product performance to identify product’s SWOT, and take appropriate reflection to ensure the effectiveness and control of product’s performance. Monitoring product performance and product life cycle. Lead, coach, and support subordinates to achieve KPI/target to meet the Hattha Bank strategic goals. Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
