• Responsible for loan operations management and assists the Loan Operations Manager in the supervision of the loan operations officers and staff • Coordinate the daily activities and processes of the Loan Operations Department including loan processing, appraisal, evaluation, documentation, releasing, loan monitoring, administration, data entry, preparation and maintenance of loan records and reports, collection, recovery, remediation, pre-closing/closing and customer service to the bank’s loan clients. • Prepare and present loan operations reports for Senior Management and Credit Committee • Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests in matters of adequate documentation, adherence to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan operations. • Check and discuss with head office and branches to analyze, take action and solve overdue loan. • Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. • Work to continually enhance and streamline the bank’s loan processes. • Other duties as assigned.

Matters related to Branch strategies - Branch development and its evaluation - Filing the branch concept / conditions / operation / legal grounds - Proper takeover, transfer to relevant managing departments after 3 months of launching of the branches 2. Job Description • Responsible for the achievement of the bank’s loan sales target, development and implementation of the bank’s loan sales programs and supervision of the loan sales officers and staff • Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily sales activities of the Loan Sales Department • Develop high-quality leads and referrals for new loan businesses and convert them to actual sales • Proactively find new ways to build and grow bank’s loan portfolio • Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests by doing adequate research and sales probing and by adhering to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan practices • Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. • Prepare and present loan sales reports and loan industry market updates and market study for Senior Management and Credit Committee • Other duties as assigned.

• Check and monitor number of overdue clients of head office and braches. • Follow up update solution information of head office and branches. • To ensure that all loan overdue measures are based on correctly held data. • Check and discuss with head office and branches to analyze, take action and solve overdue loan. • Provide and joint solution with head office and branches. • Maintain document and file for legal action • Prepare legal document for court • To attend court and present best evidence as the appropriate invitation, reminder, variation orders to Court. • Prepare plan to visit directly all branches.

- Work with sales and marketing teams to plan sales target and campaigns and provide necessary support to drive growth of mobile and internet banking users and transactions. - Be proactive in initiating data and market insight driven marketing campaigns and promotions to marketing team and monitor the performance. Assist to create and maintain digital banking penetration, brand awareness and unique positioning in the market. - Conduct online and offline market and competition research (market information, competitor move, customer and staff experience feedback, product challenges) to enhance features of mobile/internet banking channel as well as partnership opportunities. - Acquire digital partners to build customer ecosystem and initiate value proposition to digital product management team for next action. - Assist in preparing the necessary material and take a lead to provide on-site training/refreshment to branches on existing/new digital products/services when required. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

To provide fund services across the branches by following the branch’s transaction/vault limit, and handle cash of ATM service and CIM encasement on bank’s public holiday and at night shift. Location Head Officer, Phnom Penh (3 posts). Duties and Responsibilities - Upload and refill cash to ATM Cassette at branches and public ATMs by making sure accuracy of Numeric, Genuine, Serial Number Record, Label ATM Number which is secured by Security Seal for serving 24/7 ATM service. - Encash Cash in Machine (CIM) at branches in Phnom Penh to provide the excellence service 24/7 of cash deposit via CIM. - Verify cash remaining from ATM and CIM with ATM and CIM Receipt to manage cash shortage or surplus. - Deliver fund from head office to all branches in Phnom Penh to support branches cash flow for cash operation service 12/7. - Identify remittable fund and deliver fund from branches operating to head office for controlling branches vault over limit balance. - Identify the cash deposit by VIP client (Chip Mong, Starbuck, Lucky Group…) for 12/7 cash service of commercial account. - Post all required transaction in core banking system daily for cash balancing. - Report Immediately to Head of Cash Service Management Unit of any issues to get the proper support and best resolution. - Ensure all transaction and process are complied with bank policy and procedure to prevent any operational risk.
