1. Plans and implements Sales & Marketing strategies in consistent with regional/corporate policies in order to expand the market, build the company image and achieve Non-
Commodity Sales Department targets.
2. With the cooperation from NI Fulfillment and Finance & Accounting Department, plans and gives advice for pricing, negotiation and selling strategies in order to manage risks of
each project while responding effectively to detailed technical requirements and increasing the clients’ satisfaction.
3. Directs and controls all selling activities, sales and marketing strategies in non-commodity market to achieve company sales targets and increase company’s profitability and
growth.
4. Closely coordinate with Branch Operation in planning & implementing marketing, pre-sales and sales activities in order to expand the company’s business, achieve the company
sales targets and maintain a good customers’ relationship.
5. Accountable for final clarification of detailed information to clients before signing the contract (scope of work/activities, final product, terms of payment, etc) in order to ensure
that every project is effectively operated as planned.
6. Accountable for activities prior to execution of contracts which relate to commercial and technical aspects to ensure that the contract will be executed according to the agreed
and approved terms, and to minimize risk exposure.
7. Maintains a good relationship with clients to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to a long-term relationship and repeat orders.
8. Coaches and provides necessary training and development to all subordinates to increase their capabilities, productivity, creativity and motivation that will support both current
functional goals and long term business growth.
9. Keeps abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing clients’ requirement.
Purchasing Management
• Build strong strategic relationships and maintain effective communications with vendor
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Be able to negotiate price, terms and conditions for all purchased products
• Manage all purchase agreements and contracts
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Works with staff and suppliers to resolve various issues and problems such as acquiring new items, damaged products, and handling returns
• Perform price research to make sure we get right and very efficiency purchasing price
• Plans, organize, assigns and reviews all demand planning, forecasting and procurement activities
Inventory and Logistics Management
• Weekly planning for delivery
• Develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
• Oversee receiving, warehouse, distribution and yard operations
• Manage inventory control and reconcile with data inventory recorded
• Create and implement new operational processes to improve productivity and accuracy
• Develop warehouse operation and transportation policies and procedures
Market Insights
• Follow & analyze the food & beverage market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence:
o Branding and activity
o Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.
o Supporting the creation of storylines to promote our products & capabilities.
On-trend Marketing Management
• Drive the understanding of different customer needs and convert insights into on-trend solutions, new product concepts & marketing tools
• Commercialization of projects; responsible for the product launches from the designated launch program including all activities from pre- to post launch:
o Developing value propositions & key messaging.
o Identify market potential, supporting commercial teams.
o Preparation and presentation of internal & external promotion materials.
o Ensure follow-up & measurement of success and suggest/implement proper actions based on the outcome.
Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure digital media consumption and consumer online behavior.
• Capitalizing on analytical data and online metrics to provide digital experiences for user brand engagement.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Active recommendation by HCPs of Nestlé's Infant Nutrition Products and services where and when appropriate and when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible;
- Be the recognized Trusted Infant Nutrition Solution Provider and Partner by and with HCPs;
- Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision makers;
- Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e. competitive intelligence), through relevant tools/systems like the call record (Paper base);
- To ensure quality service to HCPs through proper monitoring of product availability, visibility, freshness and pricing within the territory via Networking with Distributors;
