• Prepare stock movement report and send to related department • Prepare stock alert, stock reorder point, and stock analysis • Attending in counting and checking stock based on packing list • Checking on delivery team to make sure that goods are corrected • Control goods delivery, follow up all incoming and outgoing products • Check inventory and stock, to ensure the smoothness of operation • Writing reports of inventory and stock to management team • Perform other tasks as assigned by stock manager

- Maintaining Employee attendance record, - Preparing Employment Contract, Employment offer and Confidentiality Contract for new employee, - Providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals, - Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information, - Investigate and understand causes for staff absences, - Promote workplace safety, - Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems, - Prepare monthly/yearly appraisal form. - Perform other duties as assigned.

• Design product of marketing materials and promotions • Accept new ideas and products by studying relevant information and materials • Creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts • Coordinating with agencies for outlet, poster, billboard and etc. • Support supervisor by getting tasks as needed and highly responsible • Preparing layouts design using illustration, text and photography • High ability to use software (touch up, mock up, drawing… ) • Set up future planning in design career • Others tasks assigned by supervision. - Coordinator for food safety/ food quality project - Monitor/report the implemented Procedure for any corrections - Develop and apply HACCP documents - Update Material Specification Forms - Verify and Keep records of HACCP, GMP, or external documents - Provide training such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP to relevant staffs - Response training staff about Hygiene or safety in the factory
