To provide basic vehicles specification and assistance to customer when needed

To assist Admin team in case collection needed
Travel Requirements:
To travel sometimes to provinces and to join frequent networking event
- To survey all information related with property in accuracy
- Manage and operate all the projects to answer the schedule with the high quality to keep the good branding and compete all the requirements
- Controlling the effective costing to help the company to gain more business
- Identify risk managements with excellent solution about real Estate to customers.
- Be able to understand property law
- Deal daily matter to make sure Real Estate running smoothly
- Participate on bidding process on property
- Support sales-team to gain the projects of Real Estate to make sure the products and good service.
- Provide training and the key performance indicator to all Sale teams to enhance the quality of them.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service.
Promote cooperation and teamwork among technicians and support staff.
Assist other Service Advisors when needed.
Check customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.
Follow up to resolve and communicate resolution of customer concerns to local market Ford Customer Satisfaction organization.
Verify time ticket information
•Arrange the stock and make sure all the quipment is in order (5s)
•Check and control on stock, on goods delivery to site and make a record data
•Monitoring and counting output and warehousing properly and do stock data entry
•Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms
•Assist in managing the inventory and make sure that it’s corrected to the stock amount
•Count the goods properly before place them into the store or deliver it to site
•Contact suppliers in order to schedule of expedite deliveries, missed, late or other problems
•Ensure that orders have been filled correctly and the goods meet specifications
•Perform other tasks as assigned by stock manage
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoicing to customers and follow payment.
- Prepare payment to vendor with the correct supporting documents.
- Handling of accounts payable and accounts receivables, insurance and bank reconciliations for all accounts.
- Receive and deposit daily cash flows.
- Prepare Monthly tax return and Annual Tax return.
- Responsible for ensure compliance with taxation law
- Prepare year end stock count processes and audit schedule.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded into system timely.

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements base on technical needs;
• Develop new user interface features;
• Establish and promote designed guidelines, best practice and standards;
• Create and maintain website documentation;
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operation and activities;
• Document project build and maintenance;
• Encourage and promote a collaborative, trust and transparent working culture;
• Other tasks assigned by Assistant Technology Development Manager.

Overall management of an efficient and safe work environment
Allocates assets to product the most effective delivery of service to the customer.
Proven maintenance, repair diagnostic and technical experience in passenger and
commercial vehicles.
Preferred areas of experience with light, medium and heavy duty diesel trucks.
Expert in maintenance support and management.
Thorough understanding of technical manuals.
Prior training and / or maintenance experience preferred
•Insure to implement activities or events base on marketing plans geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget
•Participate in developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
•Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed plan & budget.
•To coordinate all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution to the assign area
•Working under line manager or supervisor to bring the products brands image closer to the public
•Support line manager or supervisor to strengthen customer relationships by closely coordinating with customer and company to support products/services launch or other events.
•Coordinate Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution.
•Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local Brand solutions to upscale sales teams to approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions.
•Attend, present on and man the booths on industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
•Manage and insure that all activation activities are implement smoothly as per its objective and insure all brand are follow by brands guide line or brand identity.
•Provide customer product DEMOs and manage customer inquiry by reporting to superior.
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
