• Record revenue to Accounting System. • Control and update clients listing. • Call and follow up with outstanding customers for payment. • Ensure on time collection enquirers and escalating. • Deposit cash and cheque into bank. • Ensure all invoices, receipts are filed properly and kept per local statutory requirement. • Ensure that all data process is capture correctly into the system before or by deadline of closing. • Prepare revenue reports to management. • Other tasks will be assigned by management.

Purpose of position: To design the layout for project and to follow up the whole project to make sure project is finished by deadline. Job Description: • Check the actual size of each project and make layout plan. • Drawing and design layout after visiting the project site. • Provide details drawing and materials list to stakeholders. • Conduct site inspection to monitor and evaluate the project progressive. • Present the details of design concept and drawing to site controllers and stakeholder before implementing the project. • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Maintaining the billing system Generating invoices and account statements, follow up with customer for over-due outstanding Performing account reconciliations, Cash/Check deposit to bank and reconciliation Maintaining accounts receivable file and records Producing monthly financial and management reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries Assisting in general financial management and analysis Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly. Prepare Statement of Accounts to customer Prepare weekly account receivable aging report To efficiently reduce delays in receiving payments Assist in month end closing such reconciliation in shipment report Ad hoc tasks as may assigned by Accounting Manager

• Drive the sales to achieve the individual sales target and meet quarter targets assigned by Manager. • Provide clients with the consultancy of furniture project solution. • Invite clients to visit showroom and have a tour to visit mock up projects at site. • Find new clients or new opportunities for furniture project sale. • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner. • Provide a daily, weekly and monthly projects pipelines update to Project Sale Manager. • Leads & Coach sales team by positive ways. • Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all interior designers and corporate clients. • Support project sale manager for any reasonable tasks assigned.

- Ability to do design and update website and strong in graphic design experience - Ability to do website development in Dynamic & Static with E-Commerce function - Daily update Facebook page activities to get more customer traffic - Developing and design websites, banners, poster brochures; leaflets; logos; business cards - Develop promotional material for web pages and social media. - Complete the company's internal Website design and other graphic design work
