KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customer before and after school
- Welcome and build good rapport with students and parents
- Assist in bus services (Students’ attendance, discipline, safety…)
- Assist in daycare services (students’ breakfast, lunch, shower time, bed time, story time..)
- Plan activities, such as storytelling, art projects, or games to facilitate their development.
- Instruct, supervise, and expose students in social activities to educate their behaviors
- Ensure that students are kept within sanitary environment
- Feed, dress and change students’ diapers and generally provide one-on-one attention when needed
- Help to organize the classroom and plan intellectual activities for children
- Evaluate students' social development and physical well-being
- Prepared to take on the role of lead teacher when needed
- Participate in school events, workshops or meetings required by the organization
- Performs other duties as may be required.

-Help the foreign teacher set up suitable activities for the student’s learning abilities

• Review, check and verify all process payment.
• Reconcile account payable and receivable transaction.
• Monitoring cash flows and budget.
• Lead accounting team and improve accounting policy.
• Respond posting transaction to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Produce financial reports to specific time frame.
• Maintain a filing system for all accounting documents.
• Procedures for account monthly closing and year end closing.
• Preparing Tax declaration (monthly and annually).
• Manage stock balance and process, inventory control management, fixed asset Management.
• Others works have assigned by management team.

Duties
- Responsible for collecting and typing all examination papers
- Ensure the order and discipline of all students during recess times, lunch break and dismissal times
- Ensure that office and school premises, furniture and equipment are properly managed and maintained
- Attend all school activities assigned by the Administrative Officer, the School Principal or the Superintendent
