To process and analyze micro business loan application by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality of the branch. Location Phnom Penh and Provinces (60 Posts). Duties and Responsibilities - Solicit both potentially existing and new clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the micro business loan policies and procedures to ensure the secured loans; - On-board new micro business loans to ensure delivery of disbursement target; - Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services for further cross-selling; - Collect all clients’ required documents for loan application to ensure their eligibility for having it approved; - Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans; - Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statement and other financial information to prevent them from being conned; - Conduct a site visit during loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning to the purpose of customer’s loan application and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable; - Make the regular site visits to existing customers in order to determine whether the loan should stay the same or be downgraded due to the actual condition of their loan collateral and/or financial situation as well as to develop relationship with customers for further cross-selling; - Follow up delinquent client immediately and refer such case to the supervisor in order to proactively handle the branch loan portfolio; - Process registration of title deeds at local authority and land office to acquire the legal evidence of client’s right to ownership of the property; - Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customer needs.

• Responsible for loan operations management and assists the Loan Operations Manager in the supervision of the loan operations officers and staff • Coordinate the daily activities and processes of the Loan Operations Department including loan processing, appraisal, evaluation, documentation, releasing, loan monitoring, administration, data entry, preparation and maintenance of loan records and reports, collection, recovery, remediation, pre-closing/closing and customer service to the bank’s loan clients. • Prepare and present loan operations reports for Senior Management and Credit Committee • Ensure the protection of the bank’s interests in matters of adequate documentation, adherence to bank policy and the various laws and regulations applicable to the bank’s loan operations. • Check and discuss with head office and branches to analyze, take action and solve overdue loan. • Comply with all laws and regulations and interprets new and pending laws and regulations that affect the bank’s loan practices and products. • Work to continually enhance and streamline the bank’s loan processes. • Other duties as assigned.
