· Understand customer needs and offers solution, support, and recommending; · Manage/Organize and coordinate sales consultant schedules; · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target; · Establishing relationships with existing dealer by daily/weekly visit and recommending solutions; · Keep all customers confidential information; · Maintains relationship with SC (Sales Consultant) by providing support, SC rotation in dealer territories; · Find out key challenges and update competitor activity in the market; · Track performance team (application form & documents support); · Prepares report by collecting from SC submit to line manager; · Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

• Reports to the Operations Manager • Keeping good relations with existing customers that use our trade finance service and try to find new trade finance customers. • Handle Import and Export Documents. • Check all Import and Export Documents such as Letter of Credit, Shipping Guarantees and Import/Export Bills. • Monitor Bills Due and Ensure bills promptly settled. • Perform checking of all documentary credit documents. • Prepare weekly report of activities and promotion of trade finance services. • Prepare monthly report of balancing outstanding of LC and BG. • Assist with branch to meet trade clients upon their requested. • Ensures inward and outward remittances, Foreign Exchange as well as other trade finance transactions, are processed accurately and in a timely fashion • Acts as system approver for all Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer transactions and other SWIFT financial messages (MTs) • Ensures required funding, if any, is promptly sourced and correspondent account is always adequately funded. • Ensures timely response to inquiries from Correspondent Banks regarding SWIFT transactions/messages • Strives to improve overall workflow and coordinates with the Front Office and possibly customers for handling exceptions • In charge for the training and development of the staff in the department • Monitors RMA (Relationship Management Application) • Confirms foreign exchange deal with our corporate banks • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or CEO from time to time

Responsibilities: • Develop Risk Management policies and lead Risk Management Department. • Develop process mapping, documentation, business process architecture and process owners that create a competitive advantage and maximizing efficiency and quality while minimizing operational risk and market risk etc.; • Collaborate with lead cross-functional teams to scope, design and implement simplified and streamlined process improvements; and Leverage knowledge of business processes and business needs through actively and visibly coach and champion change management via engagement of respective departments and clear communication of the benefit of process improvement; • Develop contingency for business and testing, Systematic and Trigger alert; and monitoring Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management Plan procedures; • Internal policy and process reviewing to gain clarity on department's control violations and identify possible implication • Assessment of the likelihood and impact of loss incurred from the non-compliance to Laws, regulations and internal policies Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by Bank such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating Bank’s previous handling of risks; • Preparing the reports and report to the Risk Management Committee

Job Responsibilities: - Daily cash Balance - Deposit, withdrawal of saving, current, and fixed account. - Help western union, foreign currencies, TC, visa card, master card. - Take care customer enquiry - Daily cash balance USD and KHR - Prepare transaction for foreign exchange, TC, Visa card, Master card. - Prepare banker cheque - Check and balance the others currencies with report - Control and prepare customer standing order.

- Assist Head of Internal Audit to prepare annual audit plan - Assist Head of Internal Audit to set up internal training course - Prepare draft audit report for head of internal audit review - Develops professional capability through on-the-job training and staff training programs - Assist the Internal Audit Team in the data collection and preparation of risk profiling. - Perform audit steps and procedures and obtaining necessary information to determine adequacy of internal controls and compliance. - Assist Head of Internal Audit to complete some administration works of internal audit department such update Prakas and circular, audit check-list
