• Manage / support in implementation of robust loan management software. • Prepare accounting processes and do analyses accounting records along with other task allocated with line manager • Monitor loan repayment schedule and do necessary follow-ups • Control & Monitor the whole loan process • Support credit officer and loan collector in loan related activities • Prepare daily loan report and share to reporting manager • Prepare for monthly Tax filling • Manage and record all daily loan transaction • Control & Monitor the whole loan process

• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments • To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company • To deliver exceptional service, scheduling work on customer vehicles, providing accurate estimates for servicing, repairs, and ensuring customers are fully aware of the likely timescales and costs. • The promotion of sales of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products and services. • Handling customer complaints and ensure all filing is kept up to date • Ensure method of payment is clarified. • Other task will be assigned by Head of Department or GM

- Greeting Customer and help them to buy / use Toyota Quality Service and Genuine parts. - Maximizing customer traffic in workshop with high retention rate. - Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure jobs are done properly - Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service - Use EPC to find correct parts number and check parts stock availability. - Prepare quotation for both parts and service - Issue invoice for customers after completed repairing - Record lose sales for both parts and service availability - Call to customers for post service and follow up (safety case) - Handle customer complaint base fact - Conduct regularly for product proposal to boost parts and labor sales (Help customer to buy NOT push) - Other jobs as per assigned by leader or manager

- Daily review with SCs ( Morning & Evening ) - Screen A-card customer & Prospector in sales system to assign for daily sales follow up - Daily monitoring showroom check sheet & Car display - Set Monthly target sales units by models and color also include accessory - Review and feedback SCs monthly plan sake target - Support close sales each SCs - Assign and advice sales team to create sales talk script - Consolidate all team members daily/weekly/monthly to manager - Consolidate Test drive, Road Show & SR Event to Manager - Update competitor movement and sales performance (Need support from Marketing Dept to update competitor) - Keep improving staff moral and understand of Toyota ways - Review Staff pending commitment with other section as well as with customers - Prepared List standby & Tanning schedule for new sales staff - Prepared Document for renew contract - Preparing role play for improve sales skill - To conduct other jobs as assignment by manager

- Represent Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars to customers and prospects - Understand prospects needs (brand new, vehicle line, budget, purchase intention, trade in, loan) - Represent Volkswagen brand image in the market - Achieve monthly target (sales, calls, appointments and test drive) - Generate sales and upsales (merchandise, accessories and After Sales services)

- Responsible for outdoor & indoor Sales leads, and follow-up with potential customers - Update customers information into customers list and submit to sales manager everyday - Provide professional product presentation and consultation to customers - Perform all duties during events, exhibition, launches and road-shows as assigned - Build up and maintain good relationship for both individual and corporate customers - Perform other administrative works of new car sales. (i.e. booking, loan-application, allocation, registration & delivery) - Keep track of market information, competitor activities and create sales opportunity - Report daily, weekly and monthly activities and result to sales manager - Strong commitment to achieve monthly sales target

- Develop marketing master plan to meet company policy and cooperate guideline - Monthly review result and next countermeasure to improve marketing activities for Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok - Coordinate and Setup Roadshow and Other Events as per marketing master calendar - Create monthly customer activities trip to gather Subaru’s customer fan - Support Auto Media and Influencer to roll out photo and video promoting activities - Build relationship with company, bank, organization, and other to engage those people with Subaru event activities - Work closely with Digital Marketing team to develop artwork design for Social Network - Other task and responsibility as assign by manager
