Position Village Credit Officer

Location Head Office & Arey Khsat Office

# Responsibility
- Promote and explain the product to potential clients
- Register a client’s information in the app
- Find new clients, keep existing ones
- Meet clients if the clients need the loan
- Help the clients to fill loan request form
- Help a client to fill loan contract
- Keep the forms of loan request in safe box properly
- Be KYC the member in the community
- Receive complaint or feedback from clients
- Solve problem when happen clients
- Have monthly meeting to reflect among team
- Back-up team
- Report to filed Coordinator

-​ Age: 18 to 40 years old
- Loyal and trustable person
- Willing to learn new things
- Self-motivation
- Commitment
- Have time, possibility and transportation to reach out clients
- Not member of private money lender
- Not an agent to MFI/Bank
- Personal motorbike
- Can work rotate (work in pair)
