** Key Knowledge & Experiences:
- At least bachelor degree of marketing/sale or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of successful experiences in the qualified knowledge above,
- Full knowledge on successful marketing of linen materials and other relevant products nationally and internationally
- Good at leading skills to gain the success with long-term goals for linen business and other field to be applied
- Full capacity in dealing with international suppliers and able to deeply discuss with linen and other relevant field of expert teams.
- Fully understand about the current and future market situation of linen business, especially for home, guesthouse, hotel, casino etc. in Cambodia.
- Good at marketing plan, strategies, implementations and achievements in this particular business
- Able to train and to make marketing plan monthly, quarterly, annually with sale representatives for management teams to evaluate before implementing.
- Successful in finding potential customers, provincial dealers, district retailers and other users to achieve our monthly, quarterly, annually sale target.
- Have marketing skill to deal with guesthouse, hotel, resort, casino and other relevant fields with sales team, wholesaler, agency’s sales etc.
- Challenge in working in the field with potential customers, provincial dealers, district retailers and other users
- Skillful in data collection, data analyzing and data monitoring for win-win sale strategies
- Conduct your work very well with colleagues and other relevant teams
- Able to form the strong and successful sale and technical teams of the above business in the long run.
