• Perform maintenance tasks as assigned and reports the progress to the Maintenance Supervisor; • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fixing locks, door, etc.); • Maintain operational equipment to make sure they are functional and cleaned according to standard requirement; • Install and modify the new and existing equipment; • Prepare maintenance report and submit to Supervisor; • Do the monthly check on the office and operational equipment; • Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.

• Install internet connection and other communication connections for customer following to procedures; • Resolve technical issues for customers on the phone and by visiting the customer’s site; • Keep records of service to customers; • Keep track of company stock/equipment and property; • Escalate and report issues and concerns to supervisor and manager as required; • Perform professional communication with customers by face to face, on the phone and email; • Provide details of potential customers or upgraded sales leads to the Sales Team; • Follow up processes, policies, and procedures; • Any other related tasks as assigned from time to time by Manager.

Monitor water storage tanks and valve on floor of building C1-C4 F. Monitor and maintenance pump room of building C1-C4 G. Monitor and maintenance sewers and main holes C1-C4 H. Clean pump room and storage tanks of building C1-C4 I. Daily reports to supervisor.
