***Human resources planning & staffing: -Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business -In consultation with other managers anticipate future staffing requirements in line with strategic plans. -Manage the implementation of Company’s recruitment policy. -Manage staff induction and probation in line with Company’s policy. -Perform salary and benefits survey on an annual basis in cooperation with Management Team.Employee evaluation, capacity development and training. -To identify training needs with each department and suggestion training to the growth -Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement -Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes -Ensure that cross organization training and development programs are put in place. -Ensure that the performance management procedure is followed. -Oversee the organization’s HR development priorities, including skills audit. -Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement. -Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns. ***Supervision and management: -Line manages HR staff as appropriate, including performance appraisals etc. -Provide technical management to staff with HR functions. -Government relations. -Represent Company at the Ministry of Labour in pursuit of Company interests -Liaise with authorities to secure permissions and permits as necessary -Secure necessary government approvals as required (e.g. work permits etc) -Work with management and legal adviser to resolve serious HR related issues with authorities ***Employee relations: -Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness. -Provide leadership to staff in relation to HR, ensuring compliance with Company’s approved policies and procedures. -Ensure that all staff are aware of policies and procedures in place. -Act as focal point for all initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures. -Monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures. -Negotiations with employees regarding wage. -Other task will assigned by CEO

- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients - Conduct dynamic presentations targeted to key decision makers while negotiating profitable contracts in conjunctions with senior management. - Draft and review contracts - Manage and retain relationships with existing clients - brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas, promotional strategies and activities - Evaluate and implement sales promotion programs. - Lead multiple large cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management to facilitate projects and ensure performance meets goals consistently - Ensures projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other business and related projects - Organize events including press conferences, soft launch, open house, grand opening, film festival…etc - Write press releases and prepare information for the media - Draft speeches and arrange interviews for an organization’s top executives - Manage company sponsorships - Manage communications budgets - Manage content team to produce relevant, compelling social media updates with links to products or promotions - Perform other task assigned by GM, Thai Marketing Head & support

• Provide IT support to customer, mainly related to internet service • Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company • Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment • Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. • Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) • Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet issues • Customers’ site survey and draw diagram, included laying cable • POP maintenance

• Check detail drawing before sending to production team. • Follow up production team to make sure that they finish their production by schedule. • Work closely with design team for detail drawing. • Work with site controlling team for defective products. • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

• Process new booking, amendment, cancellation to hotels, restaurants, guides, drivers…etc • Prepare all tour/expense vouchers to suppliers and final confirmation to guide • Check all invoices from suppliers and confirm to accountant department • Brief program to guide and driver • Collect and read questionnaire that guide drop and report to management if any negative comments • Follow up and reconfirm all services to make sure everything go smoothly as per program • Inspect new hotels, restaurants and other new attraction site and share it to team

• Control the assigned inventories in the warehouse • Ensure that all inventories are categorized properly stored in the warehouse for easy control • Clean up all equipment and keep order in proper place • Daily compare with recorded to find out the mismatching • Prepare and send report go Manager

• Control inventories, materials, heavy machinery, tools, vehicle and motorbike used for construction • Inspect fuel consumption for heavy machinery and other machineries • Inspect staff wear uniform, security, safety and environment at site • Make inspection report as daily, weekly and monthly • Make sure that staffs security guards and workers come to work on time • Make sure that staffs adapt with company rule, code of conduct and code of business conduct • Participated meeting with staff, sub-contractor and workers at site as daily, weekly and monthly • Liaise with legal affairs and relevant departments for compliance requirements • Do other tasks as reasonably assigned by manager

The Youth & HR support Officer will be responsible for leading, coordinating and facilitating the recruitment and selection, induction, training, logistics support to youth volunteers and provide effective HR overall administration support to the country office.

• Correctly record and label all received PC/Laptops/other hardware and its physical conditions and packaging and properly store them in appropriate/assigned space • Assess software issues and recommend solution and service pricing • Install software and troubleshoot software issues for customers at both AnAnA Service Center and outside • Consult and ask for advices from Software Supervisor in case of meeting difficult software issues or difficult operational issues • Properly pack the repaired laptop/PC/hardware and give to Customer Service Team • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Software Supervisor
