Internal/External Interactions:

 Reports to Compensation & Benefits Manager
 Interact and deal with HR Team
 With all stakeholders / divisions and HRBP in term of planning and executing the HR agenda
• External
 Supplier, Vendor, Insurance Company, Ministry of Labour, Auditor

Functional Responsibilities:

 Be responsible for preparing the payroll for all employees and ensure that all information in the payroll is accurate based on referral documents and meet the deadline
 Coordinates participation in various compensation surveys for RMA
 Assist line manager to analyses local market data to determine appropriate pay levels for new offers, pay adjustments and internal equity reviews
 Structure the benefits across the whole RMA
 Ensure HRIS system functions properly and meet stakeholder requirements
 Serves as a key subject matter expert and mentors Analyst for all enquiries from employees
 To support whole Com & Ben in term of compliance to Cambodia Labor Law
 Deal with inspectors from Ministry of Labor regarding to inspections
 Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
 To help and support to source the insurance company for medical coverage and suggest best insurance company
 Track all kind expat benefits within budget prediction
 To ensure all employee filings are up to date and align with Employee Checklist
 Other tasks assigned by line manager

Travel Requirements:

 This position is based in head office and subject to travel to province if needed.
 2 to 4-year experience in Com & Ben
 Proven record in retention development
 Proven record in Salary Survey, job grading creation and salary structure
 Strong analytical skills
 Advanced understanding of all elements of compensation, including long-term incentives
 Strong research and interpretation skills
 Sound knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 Problem solving, Time Management, Communication and negotiations, presentation skill, network
 2 years’ experience in controlling the budget and budget preparation
 Sound knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law Compliance and Payroll process
 Can-do attitude, self-confidence, firm stance
